Since its founding in 2003, AMADEUS has developed a diverse range of businesses, including agency and import/export services focused on innovative technologies and food products, event planning and management, as well as the planning and operation of pavilions at international exhibitions such as those held in Osaka and the Kansai region. Below, we introduce some of our key initiatives to date.
Expo Planning & Management
We managed the restaurant and shop within the Czech Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai.
Our team has proven experience operating official facilities at international public events. During the expo, we consistently handled food and beverage service, retail operations, staff management, and quality and hygiene control for a diverse, multinational audience.
Even under the high demands of a large-scale event, we established a stable and efficient operational system.
Luxury European Delicatessen Import
As the exclusive Japanese importer of the prestigious European delicatessen Dallmayr, we supply their products to supermarkets, department stores, hotels, and restaurants nationwide. We manage the entire import process, including quality control, inventory management, logistics, and coordination with our sales partners. For over 300 years, Dallmayr has preserved its traditional flavors, and we continue to deliver these time-honored tastes to Japanese customers with uncompromised quality.
European Technology Deployment
We incorporate cutting-edge technologies from Europe and other countries, providing implementation support primarily through VR solutions. Recently, we have assisted large commercial facilities in introducing VR content as a new form of entertainment, offering end-to-end support from planning and equipment selection to installation coordination and operational preparation. Through these initiatives, we aim to deliver innovative experiences and added value to visitors.
Cafe Operations
At cafe AMADEUS STORY in Nakanoshima, Osaka, we offer a selection of carefully curated ingredients from around the world in a neo-colonial style setting.
With sustainability in mind, we source products from carefully chosen European and domestic producers who prioritize environmentally conscious practices. Each item is selected to convey its unique story and background, providing our guests with a refined culinary experience in an elegant dining space.
Global Export Services
Leveraging our expertise in product handling and distribution developed in the domestic market, we are expanding our export business to overseas markets.
Building on the quality control, logistics management, and transaction coordination systems established through our import and wholesale operations, we have created a framework for smooth collaboration with international partners. Going forward, we aim to serve as a bridge for delivering Japan’s exceptional products to the world while exploring new market opportunities.
Event Management for Large Facilities
We plan, design, and manage events and exhibitions in large commercial facilities, including Japan’s well-known and highly visited venues, tailored to seasonal themes and specific concepts. Our team handles everything from product selection and event concept development to coordination with stakeholders and on-site management. Leveraging our expertise in products and distribution, we create engaging experiences for visitors while enhancing the value of each facility.
